PROTECTION MEASURES…
- There will be a supervisory board, made up of public figures.
- The board and the buyers can hire an independent auditor at any time to check the cash flow.
- Records of every commission and cash flow are publicly available.
- A referendum on the trust in the project leader will be open 24/7. As soon as the level of distrust exceeds 66%, he will be removed.
- The buyers propose additional measures. Those voted for by the majority are adopted.

We need 3-6 months and resources…
…to pay for and test the technical solution, finish the app employ at least two people, inform all companies in Serbia and the public, form a supervisory board, sign contracts with companies, and automate all processes as much as possible - so that after 6 months all further costs are minimized.
Specification of the required budget

| 2. Creating HD videos and posts, along with managing social networks – so that all businesses in Serbia and the public know about the store. |
| Cost: 9,000 USD - for the first 6 months. *Can be reduced in case of early mass reaction. |
| 3. Hiring staff – for administration tasks, communication with companies, preparation and signing of contracts. |
| Cost: 2 persons × 6 months × $1,500 = $18,000 gross. |
| 4. Renting space – for office work and for recording educational podcasts and videos as part of broader promotion. |
| Cost: 2,100 USD - for the first 6 months. |
| 5. Travel Expenses – meetings with companies, public figures and media across Serbia. |
| Cost: 1,800 USD - for the first 6 months. |
| Total costs: 41,532 USD (*34,032 USD). |
