Long-term care is needed for the current number of abandoned dogs – food, vaccination, medical treatment, or placement in shelters.
Until now, we’ve managed the best we could. But as people see our efforts, more and more puppies and elderly dogs are being left in our care.

Who is Behind This Project?
This project is officially initiated by the Association “Carpe Diem,” based in Serbia. However, it is not the work of one individual but the result of the combined aspirations, hopes, and actions of many people who decided to make a tangible impact on challenges that affect us all.
The initiative arose from a shared desire to overcome the feelings of helplessness and inadequacy that often arise when faced with heartbreaking stories, calls for help, or loss. Too often, we have witnessed moments where we wished to do more but didn’t know how.
Every person who has sought solutions and wanted to find ways to provide more concrete help to others—through their ideas, experiences, or support—has become an unseen contributor to the launch of this project. Our mission is to create visible and lasting change together, bringing a positive and enduring impact to individuals and communities worldwide.
About the founder
Ivan Milovanović, the initiator of the project and its first manager, is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in personal growth coaching, project management, and community development. With over 15 years of experience in leading initiatives that drive societal impact, he brings a unique combination of expertise and passion to this project.

- Clearing Practitioner: The Author has been coaching individuals since 2016, helping clients achieve personal transformation and growth.
- Founder and Leader: As the initiator and manager of multiple non-profit organizations, including “Suadeo” and “Carpe Diem,” the Author has successfully implemented numerous projects focused on education, sustainable development, and community improvement.
- Entrepreneur: The Author’s ventures include importing solar systems equipment and managing creative projects in graphic design and web development.
