  • Adopting the principle of radical forgiveness of yourself and others, while releasing the influence of negativity. It is not enough to just say “I forgive you”. This creates a foundation for a complete recovery of relationships, both with oneself and with others.
  • Encouraging the transformation of negative experiences into useful weapons for the present and the future.
Step 5: Cooperation with the liberated Spark

  • Intensified training in listening to the Spark, and recognizing and using its resources.
  • Training in cooperation with the Spark, for the purpose of improving the environment.
